Opportunities

On TrustedCare, you will encounter two distinct types of leads: Direct leads and Opportunities.

• Direct leads are leads where a parent has explicitly submitted their request directly to you through your profile.
• Opportunities refer to customers who align well with your services, based on both your preferences and the details of their request. However, they may not have chosen you explicitly.

Both leads are valuable leads for your business and included in your subscription, so don't hesitate to engage either type of lead.
